Our team secured Planning Permission for an extension to a two bedroom bungalow by the banks of King's Dike in Fenland. The original house dates back to the 1930s and was suffering structural damage due to local ground conditions. Our design therefore sought to reinforce the retaining structures and also upgrade its drainage system.

 

The design replaced and extended the rear of the building to create a vaulted ceiling kitchen which opens directly onto a large patio deck that over looks a spacious garden along the banks of King's Dike.
