Lacq Studio secured Planning Permission for this extension to a three-bed family home in Peterborough, adding an extra garden bedroom with ensuite, office, and open access to the outdoors. ​The design made use of large sky lights to flood the internal spaces with natural light, creating a comfortable ambience throughout the day.

The construction was completed through a Building Notice and was originally tendered at £35K for 28sqm. A recently evaluation deemed that the extension uplifted the overall property value by approximately £70K.
